Everything arrived intact and timely. Prices are good and freight is reasonable.

If I had actually received the items, a review might have been possible. After items failed to be delivered, customer service was non-existent; no replies to any of my many emails. Some of the worst service I've received in years.
To prospective buyers: take your money elsewhere.

A strong brew. Took me a few tries getting to the strength I like. Nice flavor and I would buy again.

The tea pad it’s office very beautiful. If you just want to display it it’s awesome. But if you would like to use it it’s a nightmare it doesn’t pour well it spills all over the place it comes out the top it’s a mess very disappointed in my purchase.

So far so good, looking for stronger decaf black teas that I can't find at local stores, hope it all arrives in good time and shape

Prices were well under the price of most grocery stores. Ordering was easy and the delivery came very promptly--all items in good shape. I would order more items from this store when I need them.

Showing is easy and cheap

I have ordered from you before, but now the site doesn't accept my password or let me change it. Credit cards have to be entered by standard keyboard instead of number keyboard, which means lots of mistakes and do-overs. In other words, this was a really bad shopping experience.
